Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and what’s a better way to celebrate than drinking pick cocktails with your love? If you don’t have a hot date for Valentine’s Day and are a part of the “Single Ladies Club,” plan a night in with the girls making these fun cocktails.

After a long day, a cocktail is much needed and the last thing I want to do is spending three hours preparing it. I put a list together of pink effortless cocktails that will make you want to run to the store and get started mixing now. Check out the recipes below:

Lady Rose
Pink Signature Drinks
Ingredients:
1/3 ounce Rose Syrup
1 1/3 ounce Vodka
1 ounce Rose Water
3 ounce Tonic
1 drop of pink food coloring
Shake on ice, pour, and garnish with a rose petal!

Pink Lemonade MargaritaPink Signature DrinksIngredients: (Makes 4)
2 cups pink lemonade
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup triple sec
1 cup silver tequila
Shake with ice for 30 seconds. Pour mixture in over ice with a salted rim and garnish with a lime wedge.

Ingredients:1 oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila
½ ounce Passion Fruit Liqueur
½ ounce Simple Syrup
½ ounce Fresh Lime Juice

Pink Panty DropperPink Signature DrinksIngredients:
Six 12-ounce cans of beer, such as Corona Light
1 1/2 cups Vodka
1 12-ounce can of frozen lemonade concentrate
Garnish with lemon slices

Strawberry MojitoPink Signature Drinks
Ingredients:
1 ounce Simple Syrup
About 3 fresh Strawberries
4-5 spearmint sprigs (Chopped if desired)
1 ounce fresh lime juice
2 ounces light rum
3-4 ounces soda water
Directions:
1. In a chilled 12-14 ounce glass, muddle the simple syrup, strawberries and mint leaves together using the back of a spoon or a muddler.
2. Stir in the lime juice and rum and add the soda water to the rim of the glass.
3. Garnish with mint sprigs or strawberries (or both!)
