With all of the recent wedding proposals happening between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve our Head Over Heels wedding blog team has seen some very touching stories.
This Engagement Story from our Orlando Perfect Wedding Guide market might get the WOW Award for creativity.
The groom is employed by the Department of Transportation and secured permission to access a section of I-4 near downtown Orlando still under construction, an overpass facing downtown Orlando.
A wooden platform with a small tent was set for Perfect Wedding Guide vendor John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering. Their catering team brought in a table for two, black linen and napkins, beaded glass chargers, silver Chiavari chairs with black cushions, a few decorative touches and of course Champagne glasses!
The couple arrived just before sunset to a beautiful view of downtown Orlando and enjoyed a three-course dinner including a Duel Entrée of Filet Mignon with Herbed Butter and Lemon Chicken served with Roasted Asparagus and Shallot and Rosemary Potatoes.
BTW, the bride-to-be said YES!
Congratulations to the happy couple. Be sure to send us your Engagement Story!
