One of the hottest trends in the wedding world is all things geometric. Terrariums come in different shapes and sizes such as round, triangular, cubic, diamond, and have many uses. From glass terrariums filled with flowers to hanging glass orbs. Terrariums make one of the best decoration items from the ceremony space to the reception.

They can be used as card holders, centerpieces for the reception, or gather them up on a set of stairs for a beautiful display.

For centerpieces, fill them with candles for a gorgeous glow through the glass.

Fill them with flower displays, or a bunch of succulents to continue with a floral wedding theme in a modern way.  Fill them with greenery and moss on top of a stack of wood surrounded by candlelit votives. This can give any nature or rustic theme a hit of modern flare or just glam accent.

Terrariums also make perfect wedding favors! You can purchase mini-terrariums and fill them with succulents or other florals for your guests to take home.

They’re the perfect statement piece for any table and requires little effort. Table number displays also fit perfectly inside or sticking out of a terrarium nestled into a floral display. You can ask your florist or go the do-it-yourself route and make these arrangements by hand.

Another use is to utilize the containers for a unique card box.

Continue the theme by using a smaller terrarium as a ring box. A perfect little container for the ring bearer to present to the couple.

Due to the popular demand of geometric terrariums, you can often rent them from event rental companies. You can also find terrariums in all shapes, sizes, and colors at many local craft/home goods stores.
