How has it already been one year!?
As most of our loyal readers, we love a good royal wedding.
This millennium, we have been blessed with our share of royal nuptials, and now we’re going to continue being blessed with their anniversaries.
October 12th marked the one-year-anniversary of Princess Eugenie and her wonderful husband Jack Brooksbank. Princess Eugenie shared this heartfelt post on her personal instagram account to mark the special day:
The couple tied the knot in a royal wedding ceremony on Friday, October 12, 2018 at St. George’s Chapel. This was also the setting of Prince Harry and Megan Markel’s wedding just five month’s prior.
The wedding was attended by members of the royal family, including the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and of course, Queen Elizabeth II. In addition to royalty, the wedding also had its fair share of celebrity guests. Singer Ellie Goulding, James Blunt, and even models Naomi Campbell and Cara Delevingne were in attendance.
Even though the wedding was not broadcast live by the BBC, it is reported that around 3 million people watched on ITV.
Unlike her royal cousins, Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank did not receive additional royal titles upon being wed. The couple does not currently have any children.
