Before your exciting news hits your Snap Chat, Instagram Story or Facebook take a minute and call your immediate families. Let your immediate family hear your big news personally if they are not there already. we love a remarkable proposal story where they are hiding in the wings.
Trust us; you will be so happy that you took that minute to tell them first. Once you share your happy news with your family, it’s OK to go ahead and share it with the rest of the world.
Now, Do Nothing
Once you have cyber shared your engagement; do nothing.
Relax, enjoy the moment, laugh over automatically still calling each other boyfriend/girlfriend and not fiancé.
Take time to enjoy the rest of your holiday, accept compliments, show your ring to everyone who asks, let people buy you drinks and enjoy the moment.
