The Bridesman: How to Have your Best Guy Friend Stand Up with You…

In today’s day and age, it is not uncommon for a girl to be best friends with a guy, therefore making him a Bridesman! It is a defining moment in any man’s life when his best girlfriend chooses to go against the odds and ask him to be in her wedding… on HER side! There’s nothing wrong with having a Bridesman walk down the aisle alone like the rest of the bridesmaids, or have him walk side by side with a groomsman. The biggest question concerning the Bridesman is “What will I wear?”

While your girls are looking lovely in dresses, chances are your Bridesman will prefer to wear a suit. Try to make the dresses and suits different colors, but having the Bridesman wear a suit different from the groomsmen, but the same as the bridesmaids! Let’s say you have a navy colored wedding. Have your bridesmaids and Bridesman wear navy dresses and a navy suit. But have your groom and groomsmen in a gray colored suit with navy ties to make everything pull together perfectly!
