Pre-Christmas order dates for Australia:
We know a lot of people head away over this period and therefor want products delivered pre-Christmas. We will be dispatching orders right until the 21st of December. This is the last day we can be sure that Metro customers around Australia will get a pre-Christmas delivery via our StarTrack premium overnight service. If you are in a country area delivery is not always guaranteed next day.
As our print processes take different times to process here is a list of dates by which orders must be ordered and proof approved by in order to ensure pre-Christmas delivery:
Please allow 1-2 working days for proof generation as it is a very busy time of year for our team.
Digital printing: Ordered and proof approved by 19th December.
White ink printing: Ordered and proof approved by 19th December.
Real foil: Ordered and proof approved by 8th December.*
Raised Foil: Ordered and proof approved by 8th December.
Letterpress: Ordered and proof approved by 8th December.
Please note these dates are for standard orders. Digital and white ink production can be expedited as well as foil on colour stock, foil on matt and foil on premium. Speak to our lovely customer service staff on chat about expedited printing for more information.

We don’t stop but some others do!
It’s a busy time of year and the world of weddings, parties and events doesn’t stop for anyone, that’s why at paperlust.co, aside from the major public holidays, will be working flat out through Christmas and New Year to make sure you get your stationery on time.
However, some of our suppliers are taking a break from Christmas until the new year so a few of our products will have slower delivery times than usual. To make it easy here is a list of our print types that will be unaffected by seasonal closures:
